Installation instruction for HMM databases #231

Open donovan-h-parks opened 7 years ago

The installation instruction currently do not indicate that the Pfam DB should be added to the HMM directory. I am also a little confused where the CLUSTERS.hmm file in previous releases of Prokka comes from. Is there a recommended set of HMM databases that should be added used with Prokka?

@dparks1134 It's an old NCBI gene cluster project. they abandoned it in 2013, but it seems to have come back to life, but all the old files etc are gone...

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/proteinclusters/

And the new HMM files are here:
