How to download the example files? #499

I am trying to learn how to use Prokka. However, I don’t know how to download the examples files (MG1655.gbk, contigs.fa and NewToxins.faa). Could you please tell me where I can download them?

There are no example files. They are just made up examples, sorry. You will need to get your own FASTA genome files from Genbank or ENA or elsewhere.
