Temp files are not removed when PROKKA finishes #563

I run PROKKA 1.14.6 (I installed with conda) and I got 22 output files instead of the 12 you described in the README.md. However, PROKKA finished successfully. It seems temp files are not removed. Here you will find the log file NCTC11168.log

I don't know if I need to worry.

Sorry, it was my mistake. The output directory didn't have enough permisissions to remove the temp files.
