Hello! I'm new to Prokka, but I have noticed that the 'Wizard' and 'NCBI Genbank submitter' sections recommend Sequin, which NCBI retired in favour of Genome Workbench in January 2021 (https://ncbiinsights.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/tag/genome-workbench/). While I don't think this affects Prokka itself, it may be helpful to update.
