Preserving prodigal naming in fasta headers #643

Hello,

I would like to use prokka to create annotations while keeping the fasta headers produced by prodigal. I am using a tool downstream that depends on the prodigal-produced headers. Is this possible? I have not found an option to avoid renaming, or to run prokka on outputs produced by prodigal, but perhaps a reasonable workaround for this exists?
