I tried the brew installation by running:
brew install brewsci/bio/prokka
It runs correctly and finishes installation without error messages; however:
prokka
Clone.c: loadable library and perl binaries are mismatched (got handshake key 0xff00080, needed 0xf880080)
How can I fix this?
