Feature Request: Add rounding rules #90

Rounded up

$\lfloor 3.7 \rfloor = 3$

Round down:

$\lceil 3.7 \rceil = 4$

For Chinese:

We can translate it to: “左上取整”、“右上取整”、“左下取整”、“右下取整”。

For English, you can refer to VoiceOver in mac: "left ceil" and "right ceil"
