是否可以在没有 SAPI 的系统上使用呢？ #4

一些像是 Windows PE 之类的维护系统不支援 SAPI，是否能经由某些设定来达成无需 SAPI 也能执行呢？

沒用過 Windows PE 環境，不了解狀況，此 addon 除 SAPI 外可用 VE/rhvoice
