chore: add 51 cities data and relations of Kalikratis vs Previous system

Source of truth & data format options:

1. greek cities
2. GeoJSON example
3. WGS84 World Geodetic System 1984

NOTES:

• Leivadia is a new city from now on, thus not existing in previous cities lists.
• relations property helps us pivot through Kalikratis and the previous system for a specific city
• Be cautious when searching with tones such as Ά for example.
