Fix for issue #6, Express.ts removed for typings reference #7

Express.ts removed, replaced by up-to-date typings reference. Fix for issue #6, however the JISON still needs to be fixed (and I feel stupid for not understanding it)

so possible I will update the client and documentation!

also not figured out the Jison, we can try to remove it, @Paradoxis can you add on the team because his interest the project will help the very framework, I am not the creator, just tried to reactivate the project!
