Separate property descriptions from the editable content #15

From @ACNMontoya : "On the Person pages, could you separate the property descriptions (e.g. in the example below, 'Gender') from the editable content ('F'), so the Person entries are easier to read?"

@ACNMontoya I have turned the Basic Info panel for a Person into a table. Could you please take a look on the test server and tell us what you think?

I reopened this issue because the new layout of data fields should also be applied to the other panels. Once we have done that, we will close it again.
