Calculations cannot include a calculated field #284

Currently, a calculated field cannot include another calculated field as an operand. The admin interface does not even include these fields as options when setting up a calculation.

[ ] AW Admin - allow calculation fields as operands to other calculations
Active Form
- [ ] Normal numbers
- [ ] Currency
