Table view - add new row doesn't work in mobile view and other issues #288

See the screencam below. Clicking the add new row button while in mobile view adds the row, but doesn't actually display the row in the mobile view. In the example below, once I switch to mobile view, I click the add row button three times. Nothing happens in mobile view, but switching to desktop shows that the rows actually are added:

Looking at this again - something happened to table view in mobile where it's not grouping the sections properly anymore:

instead of grouping each row together, it looks like it's grouping the columns.

Fixed in HPI 2.5
