Create Related Form #29

We had this in HPI 2.0 on Alfresco, but it hasn't been migrated to 2.1.

Basically, when you create a related form, the new form becomes a child of the original form. Clients use this to have, for example, one Change Request (CR) form with multiple child Document Change Order (DCO) forms.

Note, when doing this for Documentum, the child ID should be the chron ID of the child form and the child label should be CURRENT.
