It looks like the newest versions add a little more support for viewing annotations in the PDF (https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/releases).

Things to test:

[ ] make sure the admin controls for turning on and off certain toolbar items still works
[ ] we made some direct changes to the pdf.js code to make printing work in some scenarios, so we'll need to diff/test if they just fixed this or if we have to put this back in
