With the latest dependency updates (see #1529) the loading of the Dynamsoft scanner plugin javascript files is no longer functioning. This is related to how the updated version of requireJS is now doing a wrapShim: true option in order to make all other plugins work correctly with the latest version of HPI build dependencies.
