Add Documents - OpenAnnotate iFrame is rendered off the screen #2052

Edge2 - Add Documents

When switching among the items queued for upload, OpenAnnotate's iFrame begins off the screen and slowly slides into its proper location. This happens regardless of zoom level or whether or not the side bar is expanded or not.

@Swence32 - isn't this by design? It's been this way for a while. Is there a client asking to change this?

@gsteimer Is it? @m-brouillette ? I haven't used bulk upload in a while but I don't remember the viewer sliding in in the past. I remember it just appearing.

It's been that way for as long as I remember? Whether it was originally intentional or not, I'm not sure but it does look decent as is. Seems UCR unless @iwhitingTSG has thoughts?
