Hide application header #2326

The header application is always on by default. Some implementations that embed ACA into other sites might want to remove and hide the header from the entire application. Currently, there's no way to do that.

REMOVE HEADER: Adding the ability to remove the header from the entire application, for use in cases where ACA will be embedded into another application that already has a header.
