Formsupport: Future Dates Rule Should Include Today #2382

Enhancement

Improve the form support date rule to allow future dates restriction to include today. Update wording around this for better usability. Currently past allows today so improve wording for that specifically.

Issue

Past rule still allows today to be selected
Future rule datepicker allows today to be selected but formsupport validation prevents it

Closed OCMS 26338 FORMSUPPORT DATE AND DATETIME RULES - fixing an issue where the datepicker allowed today to be selected but formsupport validation did not allow that day. Fixing an issue where past allowed the selection of today even tho the configs said that was not allowed. Now all past and future rules on date selection will include today. Updated error messages and config text to make this more clear.
