Cancel Workflow Should Optionally Show User Assignee in Props #2411

Enhancement

Task Assignee was recently removed from workflow util. While it has been removed for performance and for some errors in displaying for use cases with lots of tasks or assignees, some clients use case requires this field to be present. A configuration switch defaulting to off should be added letting clients configure this feature as needed.

OCMS Commit #26392 CANCEL WORKFLOW TASK ASSIGNEE - adding the task assignee back to the cancel workflow modal properties list. the task assignee will only be visible if configured on in the cancel workflow admin config. GH: https://github.com/tsgrp/HPI/issues/2411
