Add Approve/Reject Status to Workflow Signature Page #2429

Currently the signature page for a workflow just shows that users completed a workflow task - were hoping to add review outcome so that it shows whether they completed the task with an approve or reject status

@kgarelli - as discussed in Slack, we need to talk through this more. I'm not sure that rejects should be added to the signature page under Part 11 compliance rules.

Note - this is for the signature page that is generated by NON-AW workflows

@aviking and @kgarelli are going to override via a client AMP to provide this functionality. We can evaluate this at a later time for trunk.
