Search term highlighting in AEV does not appear when mixing full text and metadata search criteria #2431

See the screengrab below. With search terms highlighting turned on:

... it seems that if you search only full text it works fine. However, if you combine full text and metadata in the search criteria, the search term highlighting does not fire:

(note - screengrab is from release2, but edge2 has the same issue)
