Updating value in text field in form jumps to the end of the field #2474

If you have a textbox in a form (bulk upload form is where we are seeing this) and you type a value in the field then either click out and click back into the middle of the string OR use arrow keys to navigate back to earlier in the string and start typing again to add some missed characters you will only be able to type one character before your cursor automatically gets moved to the end of the string. issue3

It seems like this may have to do with having the "convert all characters to uppercase" configuration being turned on for the field.
