Clean up ImageView

ImageView has been out of development for awhile now, we should do a survey to get an idea of issue that'd need to be addressed. Use this issue to keep track of all ImageView related issues.

• [x] - Image Viewer crashes when it attempts to open an image type (jpeg, gif, png) that also has a pdf rendition on it.

General issues:

• [ ] - When re-positioning sticky notes, some times it takes a click and a drag to move them around the image, when they should be able to be moved with a drag only.
• [ ] - Sticky Notes are Broken.
• [x] - Dowload PDF button should be removed for image viewer.
• [ ] - Image Viewer requires a fit to width button.
• [ ] - High Text Select Tools in ImageView, since they can be used.
• [ ] - Slide viewer isn't initialized when a new image is opened
• [ ] - Image viewer gets the "Error Loading Annotations" method when opening an image

In full screen view, drawing annotations present a couple of problems which are probably related to a same root issue.

• [ ] - Drawing annotations cannot be selected or moved around in full screen view
• [ ] - When hide annotations is selected, drawing annotations still show up in full screen view

Collection specific issues:

• [ ] - If the user selects an annotation tool in one image, then switches to another image, the annotation tool is 'deselected' and cannot be used in the current image of the collection or on the original image we selected it upon. It should remain selected and useful.
• [ ] - If the user zooms into one image, then navigates to another one in the collection and back to the original zoomed in image, the zoom level is reset. The image should remember its zoom level.

Zoom issues also arise from sidebar modification.

• [ ] - Continuous re-sizing of the sidebar will slowly cause the image to expand and zoom out
• [ ] - Continuous hiding and showing of the sidebar will slowly cause the image to expand and zoom out

I have made adjustments to ImageView so that we can actually load images now. As far as annotations the images, you can create and save all stencil annotations (ellipses, rectangle, arrow, line), but sticky annotations (sticky notes, stamps) and free text annotations do not work.

These updates were merged in to trunk with OA revision 3217 and OC revision 14152.

TOOLBAR BUTTONS - Removes unnecessary buttons from the toolbar when the doctype is an image.

Fixed in Revision #3568
