Freetext annotations are converted to Sticky Notes when parsed from FDF or Embedded on the PDF. #136

Only unsupported annotations should be converted to Sticky Notes, but now we support Freetext Annotations. Since the parsing of FDF annotations and Embedded annotations went to trunk first, special case for FDF and Embedded parsing weren't added for Freetext Annotations.

This is becoming true for a growing number of annotations. Added the list:

Currrently this is only an issue for FDF parsing, embedded annotations / Offline Review works properly for all supported types.
