Hide / Remove Thumbnail View for single page documents #280

In the case of a single page document, the Thumbnail View seems to be more of a burden than a help.

Agreed... is it easy to just add a flag that if the DocumentInfo only has one page to remove the thumbnail bar entirely?

Seems simple enough, and that'd save us the cost of the server calls to generate the thumbnail in that case

As of OA REV 4513, we remove the Page Up and Page Down Actions when there is only a single page, so the hooks are there if we want to do this for thumbnails too.
