Viewing PDF Portfolios - not compatible with MuPDF #508

PDF Portfolios can be transformed using Ghostscript, but when using MuPDF, each image looks like this: image

Possible solution: MuPDF has a portfolio tool that can be used to extract the individual documents from the portfolio, then the mutool convert command can be used on these extracted documents like a normal transformation
