Suggested Redactions on Zip Codes do not Fully Cover the Zip Code if it has the +4 to it (ex: 12345-1345) Because it is Registering as a Phone Number

If there is a zip code with the +4 added onto it (12345-5676), then the first 2 numbers don't seem to get the suggested redaction square drawn over it:

It seems to think the zip code is a phone number as seen in the sidebar.

Also, the second zip code isn't getting registered for some reason... that seems more inconsistent, whereas zip codes with the +4 seem to never register the first two numbers of the zip code.
