Redirecting to Error 500 after ticket expires #819

After ticket expires, we want OA to redirect user to "Login" page. Currently, it redirects to "Error 500" page instead.

Error when trying to open new window: OA-video-500

Error when working on the same window: OA-redirect-to500-wait
