Settings button not working for OAV when embedded in OA #852

When you click on the settings button in OAV - it results in a 500 error.

This started to occur after OAV was made to embedded within OA by default.

The settings link was hardcoded in OAV and we needed to change it to reflect the fact that OAV is now embedded in OA.

Closed with OAV commit 61364a555e5cdb59a069281a9f14bddd1679197f
