Errors parsing japanese fdf annotations #892

Clients were noticing that some japanese fdf annotations were not being parsed correctly.

This appears to be because of extra "\" characters being included in the fdf objects.

Closed with trunk OC commit 26798

FDF ANNOTAIONS - Some japanese fdf annotations were not displaying correctly so making some fixes to make sure that annotations are pulled in correctly. Adding in some logic to allow annotations without titles to be displayed for FDF formats.
