Video content with a PDF rendition failing to view #903

It would appear there is an issue viewing video files, that also have a PDF rendition. It appears to be attempting to open the document interface and failing. The expectation would be that this displays the video viewer.

@m-brouillette can this be closed? I think @dhruvvora94 fixed this in ACA
