Richetext Formatting Wrong After Checkin to AEV #919

It seems that when you modify an annotation in Adobe on a downloaded annotated PDF from AEV, then check it in to AEV, the formatting on the annotation gets messed up. The odd part is that if you click the "undo" button, it reverts to the correct formatting. so it appears there is an extra step/save happening.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. In AEV, create an annotation and in the comment type "bold old"
  2. Save and download the annotated PDF and view in Adobe.
  3. Change the comment to be "bold new"
  4. Save and check in the document back into AEV. Notice how the comment is now "bold new", all bold.
  5. click the "undo" button and comment goes back to "bold new"

The above issue is also present for italic and underline formatting
