Alfresco - Finish auto rendition behavior #31

The core rendition behavior is currently incomplete. Based on my engineering client's custom behavior and testing scenarios, we need to update the core behavior to be really similar and test the same scenarios (including all HPI actions that affect the rendition property).

Testing notes - on the release2 environment, did not 'lose' any PDF renditions when updating properties of a document.

Waiting for @joehof to test with a non-admin and this should be finished pending no issues.
