Workshare Compare Enhancement

This is mostly to get down in one place all the potential pitfalls/things that need to be resolved before I think we can call Workshare Compare successfully integrated into OpenContent:

• [x] Working on different servers - Currently OC and the Compare service need to be running on the same server to work. Need to make sure Compare can be on a separate server since it must be on a Windows server, and most OC installs are on Linux servers.
• [x] Constants - we need static constants for WebService annotations. Because of this, our workshare URL can't be pulled in from a props file like with other environment-specific properties. Need to figure out a better solution than static strings in a class.
• [x] Port - Currently the Workshare port only uses 8080. This may be just due to using an evaluation version of the service, but still needs to be resolved. We should be able to set this on Workshare install and have it work.
• [ ] There is currently a lot of overhead code to get this to work in Java. It seems excessive. There should be an easier way to get this to work.
• [ ] Non-mandatory condition on View Versions that requires a document to have the correct rendition(s) for Workshare Compare (word, pdf, html, rtf). Based on the result of this, don't show the checkboxes or the Compare Documents button
• [ ] Compare native types if possible - Currently we assume there is a pdf rendition, and compare those. We should compare native types if they fall within the allowable mimetypes (word, html, rtf)
• [ ] Do we always want to return a pdf doc? Can return other types (rtf, xml, docx, wdf), which might be more appropriate in some scenarios.

@dhartman25 - can you check off the items above that are solved when you merge the demo branch to trunk? For example, I think we can check off the localhost and 8080 port issues right away.
