Currently when an object has its content stored in S3 and streamed to OCMS the mimetype is not set and thus the default icon is always displayed.
If a client requests this be updated the AlfrescoEmbS3QueryImpl should be created and it should extend the AlfrescoEmbQueryImpl. Then the processResults function should be overridden and the mimetype should be grabbed from s3 and set on the oco.
