Sleep and resume #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install the rom
2. start the system
3. close the lid
4. reopen the lid

Closing the lid makes the system goes to sleep for some seconds (led blinking) 
than the led stops blinking.
When reopening the lid and pressing a button:
- sometimes the screen flash and than black with no way (buttons, lid, ...)
- sometimes the screen shows the unlock page, and after unlocking it turns off 
again with no way to access the system

Known problem for our kernel. Cant find solution yet.
