Merges in bourbon before neat: fixes #6 #7

Neat requires bourbon to be installed.

This should merge trees with Bourbon so that this is the only package required and does not overwrite @import "bourbon";

Merged and published a new version. Thanks! Sorry about not getting to this earlier something is up with this repo where I'm not getting notifications about new PRs.
