Orders Page, displaying contact info #20

Now a user can have either an email, phone number, or both. The list of orders displays email under the name, can you have it display a phone number if if that is all they have?

Also, I added notes and quick explanation to the form for a new order. not really sure how to have these filled in, but i kind of imagine having the quick explanation to the right of the name somewhere.
