Fix UI for mobile and small screens #135

Many issues with vertical screen orientation on mobile and some issues on my macbook with areas overflowing off the bottom of the screen. Fixed a lot of elements to be reactive to smaller horizontal screen size and added scrollable elements to a lot of places.
