Add code to do a set of benchmark comparisons #79

Add a script to create bench mark comparisons or two 1 month or 1 year runs. This would generate zonal, surface, and column plots for 47 and 72 level GC output for a few key species (OH, HO2, O3 etc) or a longer list. A change log text file would also be created that listed area and mass weighted changes.
