What is the file size limit of the PDF upload tool to Commons. Because when we are using >10MB file, alwasys we are useing chunk upload option for Wikimedia Commons.

There is no limit for uploads.

What is chunk upload option?

This tool can upload the files upto 100MB size each. Checking why this limit is there.
