Append thread to body and back to its place, due to positioning #16

Some text containers have relative positioning, so taking the commenting link offset().left does not really work, because the left for comments thread is not 0, but the text container position.

I'm not sure I completely understand the problem you're trying to solve here. I try not to make any assumption regarding markup in the plugin and leave it to the CSS layer to deal with. Could you please make a pen or something so I could see the issue and test this wrapper as a solution? Thanks
