$("p").inlineDisqussions({ ... }); is not defined #18

The following codes were what I have tested on: <!DOCTYPE html>

However, there is always a syntax error saying: $("p").inlineDisqussions({ ... }); is not defined

May I ask how I can fix it? Thank you very much! I'm just a novice and urgently need help.
