Export/input characters and parties #4

Allow users to convert characters and parties to readable text.

Could be done with XML.

Need a version attribute, to avoid data loss when importing data from an old app export.

As parties in their current form will soon be deprecated, I'm no longer including them in this issue. Characters only.
