I got the low performance and why? #67

here is my reproduce results from validation (3769) car detction mAP: easy:0.441929 middle:0.444228 hard:0.392186

car detction 3d mAP: easy:0.162886 middle:0.152431 hard:0.136463

car detction ground mAP: easy:0.584909 middle:0.560683 hard:0.504581

car detction orientation mAP: easy:0.196919 middle:0.194511 hard:0.172525
