onnx file don't open! #56

The file has been temporarily re-uploaded to a different GitHub repository. It can be downloaded here: https://github.com/tsipkens/FPN-resnet50-imagenet. The code itself will still not download from the ONNX file on its own, requiring the user to do this manually. As such, this will remain an open issue for the time being.
