Chrome and Firefox browser is stuck in detecting mode without registering #1

I tried on Chrome and Firefox to launch this browser based SIP phone.
However, i am experiencing problem of not initializing properly and stuck in
detecting mode in regards to the launch of Flash Network application. Since the
initialization is not complete, i cannot see the and buttons are NOT enabled.
I have Flash Player 11.1.102.63 and Win vista Home Edition running on this
machine i am trying to test this.

Fixing Recommendations:
(credit: Kundan Singh)

1. Install Adobe AIR
(http://get.adobe.com/air/thankyou/?installer=Adobe_AIR_3.1_for_Win32)

2. go to http://theintencity.com/rtcapp/rtcapp.air to
download and install this AIR application. Then retry going to the
phone.html page.

Another issue could be that the browser application tries to detect
the rtcapp (Flash Network) by connecting to local host on port 5123.
Perhaps you have another application listening on this port number?
You can check that by using the command prompt, and entering the
command "netstat -an" to see if any LISTENING state is using port
5123. I doubt this is the case but just in case.

Use http://theintencity.com/rtcapp/FlashNetwork.air instead of rtcapp.air
listed above.
