Addition of SP with placeholder ARs Addition of ERCC with functionality -> todo: add ERCC to FI when enough AR data Small changes to accommodate SP usage -> not sure if all cases covered, but a local instance of CRE at least worked properly

How are we feeling about this one? Not the conflicts, those can be resolved. I hesitate to approve it because it feels like a Really Big Deal and I can't test it
