Add pop script for ZT
Update bookmarklets for new ZT stages
Update ZT trap effects (See https://mhwiki.hitgrab.com/wiki/index.php/Zugzwang's_Tower#Location-Specific_Effects)

Verbose pop script but I think condensing it with loops like zokor would have been very unreadable with the complicated detail querying going on.

Now supports populations for ZT double runs.
